Payless Repair Bills Reports & Reviews (2)

• Dec 22, 2023

Greetings,
I have been trying to contact Payless Repair Bills for 3 months to terminate my contract because my vehicle does not meet the contract requirements and the policy does not cover the repairs and MEPCO continues to charge me.
I have left hundreds of messages to the answering machine of the company that sold me the contract "Payless Repair Bills" phone (844) 409-0052 and no one answers the phone or calls me back.
I had to close my bank card so that you do not continue taking my money for a service that I do not receive, nor will I receive according to the "Claims department" phone (844) 548-2816.
I am report this situation to the company "EFG Companies" because apparently I am being scammed by a service that I do not qualify for and no one answers my calls or provides solutions to my problem. No address or contact section on web page for contact to "Payless Repair Bills" to end this fraudulent contract.
MEPCO continues sending me bills. I am in contact to the authorities to file a complaint and make this situation public.
Monthly payment $155.12 by 12 months, TOTAL MONEY LOST 1801.44

On 12/01/21 I was contacted about my cars extended warranty and being the naïve person I took up the offer which promised coverage for 100k miles or for 5 years with the activation payment being $149.00 and being charged 133.83 a month for 24 months. I spoke to a representative named k/e/n (which sounds like a fake name btw) promising me all of these lies of coverage and reimbursement. and I didn’t do enough proper research on car warranty and thought none of it when some random number decided they wanted to help me in a time of need with my car experience issues. Boy was I incredibly foolish. Which led me here to look up the company that i took notes of when I was on the phone with him. A company named Paylessrepairbills is shown on my credit card statement and while on the phone k/e/n assured me that from after that payment on onwards a new company was gonna be the one in charge of the payments: that company is mepco/metco and researching them led me to finding out that they repeatedly shield themselves company after company attempting to scam people. As mepco/metco is on ScamPulse.com as a generally awful and fraudulent company. Now I haven’t looked into other companies like this but it seems that carguard could also be thrown into the mix but I will update my review when more information in revealed. regardless of that, my attention is on paylessrepairbills as their website has no contact information. no address. hell the only contact info they have is a phone number at the top right of their page. No claims section or anything. just a lousy about page that doesn’t really explain them all that well. all in all it’s really just a faux and empty website providing some information about car warranty while the company is scamming people into a sense of security.
