I purchased two items from PawPrime.com for $25.85 on October 19, 2017. After 6 weeks, my order has not arrived, no one at the business returned my email, and the phone number goes straight to a voicemail. I have read of multiple accounts in which this business collects money, then sends a fake USPS tracking number for shipments, which has also happened to me. They advertise frequently on Instagram. So, I'm reporting them.

I ordered a dog collar in early November. My account was debited the next day. To date, I have not yet received the collar. I have contacted the company via phone, email, and social media and have not heard back. I was also blocked on social media by the company after inquiring where my product was. After reading reviews on this company, I have realized it is a giant hoax and they will not send any of the products. Don’t waste your time or money. You will get neither back.

I ordered the following items on 9/20/17: Barkosaurus Rex Costume, Camo Collar, and 2 Tricky Treat Balls. I only have received the 2 Tricky Treat Balls. I have sent several emails and left several phone messages and have not received a phone call back regarding a refund. It's now well over a month since I made the order.

This company advertises products on Facebook. I purchased a $10 product in August and never received it. Initially they responded to an email saying they were looking into it, but now are ignoring all messages.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a treat dispensing toy for my dog after seeing several Facebook advertisements for Paw Prime. I received a purchase confirmation via email on July 20, the day I placed my order, then shortly after, I received another email stating that it was on back order due to high demand and would ship in 2-3 weeks. On Aug 1, I received an email notification that my order was being shipped, and on Aug 15, I received an email notification that my package was out for delivery. The status on the USPS tracking number never changed from "out for delivery." Hurricane Harvey came through Houston shortly after, so I assumed the mail was going to take longer. I began contacting Paw Prime on Sept 11 via email, and didn't receive a response. I also called their support phone number multiple times and never got to speak to a person, as each extension option goes to the same voicemail box. I have not received a return call. After doing some research online and on Facebook, since that's where the ad came from, I ended up finding out that I was not the only person with the same or similar story. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company to have this charge removed from my account.

I ordered an item from Paw.Prime on 12/20/16. On 12/27/16 I received an email regarding confirmation that the item has been shipped. I have attempted several times to contact them via email, phone, and even Facebook. They are not replying to any calls or voice mails, but did have time to delete my posts and comments on their facebook page and block me. I continue to leave voicemails and emails, and continue to be ignored. This company does not deserve to be open. They scam people and are getting away with it. Something needs to be done!

I saw Facebook posts for various dog accessories (LED collars, car safety, leashes, etc.) with thousands of likes and comments. They advertised a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale and linked to their website. I purchased a collar for my dog and a friend's dog thinking it would be a great safety feature. Received an e-mail with a confirmation code and was told shipping may take 2-3 weeks. It gave an e-mail address and a Facebook message upon purchase telling me to reach out if I had any questions. After nearly 2 weeks with no shipping confirmation or tracking number I reached out to them via Facebook as directed. I was instructed that the user was not receiving messages from me. I decided to go the e-mail route to no avail (3 e-mails to be exact). I gave it a day or so to wait for a response. With no luck I tried the phone number on the website--"The party you are trying to reach is unavailable. Please leave a voicemail...""The voicemail box is full, please try later, goodbye". This was the scenario on every extension. I looked up their address and it is the address of an airport in California. When I warned others on the Facebook post I originally found I was blocked from their comments. I went on their twitter and reached out to them only to see they had deleted their twitter later that day. I found fellow disgruntled customers who had had a similar experience to my own (waiting a month or more to receive a product or not receiving a product at all after purchase).

Wanted to cancel my purchase so I called this company. Trying to get through to someone was a very difficult task. After about 2 hours I finally got through. I was speaking with a man and told him I wanted to cancel my order. He gave me part of my money back but not the whole amount. He did not tell me why. Ended up hanging up on me and I tried calling back multiple times within a period of days asking to speak with a manager and every time this man would make an excuse as to why I can't speak with a manager.

This company sells pet products. I saw an ad on Instagram for a LED collar. It said they were just launching the business so it was free, just had to pay shipping and handling. I ordered the product on October 21st, and still have not received it. They gave me a usps shipping number and it says it has been in China since the 26th of October. Every time I try to call the number listed on their website no one answers and it goes to a voicemail box that says it is "full" so I cannot even leave a message for them to call me back. I believe this company is a scam!!!
