When I went to track my order on their site it said there was no such order. I have emailed and tried to call but their number isn't real and they won't respond to my emails.

I purchased the doggie seatbelt leash that connects into the car seatbelt. I waited and waited for my purchase yet still nothing arrived. When I contacted their support page, I received an email stating that it had shipped and to use their tracking system. I used the link they provided to track my purchase with my invoice number and it said NO ORDER FOUND. I have tried over and over to email and messenger them and there is absolutely no response from them at all. Do not order from this company....it is a complete scam!!!!!!

I placed an order for a Prime Bed™? Warm Sleeping Bag bed - Gray / M on December 10th, 2017. I received a confirmation email that same day, as well as an email stating my order would arrive in 2-3 weeks due to high demand. Fast forward more than two months (2/23/18) and I still haven't received my order. i've attempted to follow up with Paw Prime to no avail:

1. When I enter my order number on their tracking page, it says my order cannot be found.

2. The customer service number listed on the website appears to have been disconnected.

3. I've sent three emails over the course of the past month and received no response.

4. I've sent three Instagram messages over the course of the past month and received no response.

I have since put this charge in dispute with my credit card company. This company should be shut down.

I was served a sponsored Instagram post back on Nov. 30, 2017 for a dog bed. I clicked on the sponsored post and was taken to PawPrime.com, an endearing website started by “Kevin and Linda” who love their pets. I ordered the dog bed and a collar. It has now been 3 months since my order, I’ve exchanged a series of emails with “Kevin” who keeps promising me my order is shipping soon, but tracking numbers or updates he have sent me are fake.

Here is the email chain where I gave requested multiple refunds and status updates:

I received the notification that the collar shipped but it looks as though the sleeping bed bag still has not shipped. At this point, it has been 4 weeks since I placed the order and no one can tell me when the order will actually ship. I am a patient person, especially during the holidays, but I’ve been told “it’s preparing for shipment” and “please expect 2-4 weeks for arrival” and I feel like I’m getting the run around from this company. Please cancel the order for the bed and send me the confirmation that it has been canceled - I will buy a bed somewhere else.

I saw paw prime add on instagram before Christmas and I ordered a red dog bed on 12/10/2017 using my credit card. I did not get my product even after Christmas so I sent them email on 12/24 and they replied on 12/27 stating my order had been shipped and working on tracking. So I waited and waited..and nothing came. On Jan 15,2018, I emailed them again starting feeling not right so I started researching and found out some other people were having same issues and never received their purchased items. I called the number they put in email but the number said it was no longer in service.

I see they have still their website up and running and taking orders and advertise on Facebook, instagram etc..

Can we please stop them from taking people's money?? not only that they are abusing and using people who love animals!!!

Attempted to return items and learned: no response to many, many emails. 24 hour ‘live’ contact messaging on website unanswered. Phone disconnected. And they continue to send very polished and professional emails and maintain very convincing website. Recently advertised opening new warehouses across US fir improved service.

You can order through facebook and you'll get an invoice with no tracking number or estimated date of delivery. You can request but they'll just say 1-2 weeks. They charge you immediately and the product never arrives.

My wife saw a cute dog bed being offered by Paw Prime on Instagram. We purchased the bed from www.pawprime.com on Dec 15 and received an invoice but no estimated shipping time. Along with the invoice we received a notice that the bed might take 2-3 weeks to ship due to high demand. I assumed that either the company was overwhelmed by the response to its social media ad or, more likely, that this was going to be cheap goods from a Chinese retailer and needed time to get through customs. After three weeks, I contacted them to ask for an update. No response. A week later, same thing and no response. I tried using their chat function and it did not work at all. I called them directly and learned the number was disconnected. I have since seen dozens of similar complaints online. Although they will not respond to my emails, I have received additional marketing emails from PawPrime bragging about improved shipping time due to an increase in US warehouses.

https://pawprime.com I saw an ad on Instagram for a pet bed and ordered. No invoice, no contact, no product. I ordered 12/9/17. I disputed with PayPal and am awaiting a possible refund. Once I investigated, which I should of done first, I see dozens and dozens of people having the same issue. For years. This business needs to be investigated and shut down. I will not order something like this again without more research but their website is very professional. Buyer Beware. I tried to report to Instagram with no luck.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a free dog treat toy for the first 30 customers and you pay shipping. I went through the checkout and paid almost $11 in shipping. I ordered an item from PawPrime and it was shipped on August 11, 2017 from China. I was under the impression it was a US based company, so imagine my surprise when i saw the tracking.

On Sept 27, i responded to the "your item has shipped" email saying i hadn't received my package.

On Oct 3, they responded telling me to allow several days for my order to arrive.

I responded that day saying my tracking shows my item has been in Chicago since August 17. It had been 7 weeks and i had no package. I asked for a refund.

On Oct 6, they responded and told me to check with my local USPS if i still hadn't received my order.

I responded saying the package wasn't with my local USPS and Chicago was an entirely different state. Asked for a refund.

On Oct 13, they responded saying they can't refund the shipping fee, but would be happy to ship another package.

On Oct 17,after confirming my address, they stated they had requested a reshipment.

On Nov 20 I reached out about my reshipment.

On Nov 21, they apologized for the inconvenience stating they would reach out to their shipping dept.

On Dec 1, I checked in again. No response.

On Dec 19, I checked in again. No response as of yet.
