On 11-15-2024 was contacted by an individual named John Parker stating the payment that I made could not be processed, because the system stated that I was charged twice and one of the payments needed to be refunded. As a customer service manager he (John Parker) would be able to resolve during the coarse of the conversation small talk was made while apparently going through my phone and personal information.

my parents received an invoice for $69.30 but after talking to the hospital and Medicare, they said it is not a legitimate invoice. Their phone # is 888-926-7516 and I spoke with Liz today who promised to credit this bill. Ref # 18491251
