This company charges upfront for loan modification and are a scam. They say dont talk to your bank, dont pay your mortgage, we can help, we do the work. All they do is collect documents and send them to the bank. They are real people but they are not registered with the attorney general I confirmed. What I want to know is HOW do you legally accept money upfront for loan modification? This company took money from my mother and I had to catch her up after she lost 4000.. Stay away and DO NOT TRUST Pathway mortgage relief they are a SCAM. UPDATE they tried to flag this review and it was DENIED. They never answered the question of how they charge upfront legally because you cant. You have to be registered with the state and have bond. Call the California Attorney General Office and ask and you will see I'm telling the truth. They have fake reviews on the BBB and fake reviews on google. Dont risk losing your money to this SCAM
