Paid for a guaranteed pardon but can't get through to the company
He paid 994.00 to PardonCanadaService.ca to get a Pardon in Canada to travel to the states. This company has promissed Pardon Guaranteed.
Everytime he calls or I call it is a 45 minute wait until basically you hang up. I asked for a Manager. He is not from Canada. They seem to take peoples money and then makes it impossible to get a hold of them. I think they should be shut down so they do not steel from other Canadians.
