Deceptive sales practices. We received office products unsolicited, the company called a front desk agent(who does not order products) and stated that they handled all the ordering for our ink cartridges and they wanted to verify the printer model. They then sent 2 cartridges double the price of what we purchase them for from our real supplier. We called to ask and figure out where to sent them back to and they said we could not and if we did not pay the outstanding balance, that we would be sent to collections. We asked them to verify their address and they said one was on the invoice, which is a PO box you cannot ship items to via UPS or Fedex.
