Online order
I ordered a hat, t shirt, and sweatshirt. They sent me the sweatshirt and some completely different shirt that was 2 sizes 2 small and no hat. I've tried to contact them and they don't respond. I went to my bank and Own Boss Supply CO is fighting claim. Don't do business with them, all they'll do miss collect your money and leave you hanging.

SCAM

Ordered approximately $360 worth of product 3 months ago. They claim it’s been shipped 2 months ago. I continue arguing and sent them the tracking info. They refuse to issue a refund. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. You will NOT receive your order. It has been excise after excise with them for 3 months now and they cannot give me a reason why I have not received my order.

Ordered some shirts over a month ago and inquired about when they will be shipped. Received a response that they said they were working on it. Couple weeks later requested a refund because they still were not shipped and was told that a refund was not possible. Do not deal with this company. They will steal your money and never ship your order.

Placed and order with Own Boss Supply Co and it never arrived. The order was placed over a month ago. I contacted the company via email to cancel the order and was told that per their policies they cannot cancel the order. Filed a complaint with my Credit card company so hopefully that works. Don't deal with this company. They are a scam and you will not get what you ordered.

Someone I know “entered a contest” through Own Boss Supply Co’s website by purchasing apparel. His purchase was supposed to gain him entries into their OB3 contest (for a used truck, mini excavator and trailer). He purchased three shirts for $105. He received his one shirt, but not the other two. We he told me about it, I took a look at their website, contest rules and reviews. It seems that the only reason this company even exists is to make money by selling apparel…their About Us page is vague, and there are multiple reviews stating that other have experienced the same situation (purchasing apparel and never receiving product or only partially receiving product) and havent been able to reach anyone or get their money back. Their reviews are even hidden on Facebook, which is typically not a good sign.
