I ordered clothing from the website. I waited a month and watched the provided tracking number. After a month I reached out since the tracking had stopped at the LA customs clearance. They told me they would contact their logistics company to update the tracking. The next day the tracking was updated that the package had been delivered 3 days prior, which it obviously had not. I asked for a replacement or refund, they said they would refund my purchase, but according to their email:

“It should be noted that we did not charge a shipping fee of $15, and the logistics company has already deducted the shipping fee, so we cannot refund. At the same time, we are also bearing losses. We are very familiar with your situation and hope to receive your understanding.

If you agree, we will arrange a refund for the remaining portion as soon as possible. Refund will be returned the same way.”

I ordered 8 tshirts from the site outtees.com for $40.20 total. After payment was made, i received an order confirmation number. Over a month later, i then received a ring in the mail from a Tevin that i had never ordered. I requested a tracking number and was told that they first already delivered the package and then that they accidentally shipped a ring to me and my shirts to someone else. They then offered 40% refund. I told them i wanted 100%. They then offered 50% and again i stated i wanted the entire refund. They then claimed that they could refund all but $15 of it which was for freight charges (shipping was free with the order). I again stated i wanted a full refund. I never received any refund at all and im out $40.20...

I contacted the company many times. They were slow to answer although eventually apologized. They said my shipment was delivered. I ordered the products over a month ago by this time. Products were not delivered & we checked our security cameras and with neighbor. They wanted to delivery the product ( but I ordered 9 items) but wanted to charge me with shipment even though it was free shipment. It was their responsibility. Eventually I asked for all my money back but they said the will not. I finally got fed up & reported them here and with my bank.

Ordered a bunch of clothes from this website. Paid 80$ CAD and 4 or 5 days later got a tracking number and got the package today and it was a cheap 2$ ring. I never even ordered that.
