I ordered 2 lifelike dolls and I got 2 hollow pieces of plastic my dog uses it for a chew toy this is a scam I called a number that said it was pay pal and trusted them. They asked for the card number I used for the transaction and like an [censored] I gave it to them they said they tried to refund it to me 3 times but couldn't and then told me I needed to go get a walmart gift card and give them the numbers thats when I realized it was a scam. I disputed from my bank they said my claim was denied. So I got in touch with pay pal and because I already disputed it with my bank they couldn't refund my money because of that. And they won't even flag this account pay pal # is 1-833-224-6603

I ordered a full size plush Niffler with glass eyes and polymer face and feet. I received a small, poorly constructed cloth doll that feels like a bean bag with badly formed cloth face and feet that look like they were made from pantyhose material. Furious doesn't begin to describe how I feel as this was going to be a gift for someone who is a big 'Fantastic Beasts' fan. I would be embarrassed to give this to anyone. I want a full refund and I want it now.

I purchased a handmade item (Firey doll) complete with glass eyes. This is a copy of Jim Henson's puppet from the movie Labyrinth, and by its picture in the advertisement, very well made with 'fur' and great detail. What I received was an 8" rubber doll of a Firey creature. For $55.98 with shipping and tax.
