I was on the phone for 40 minutes trying to sign up for health insurance. I spoke with 4 different people. Each would ask for my personal information including my SSN and then leave me on hold, never to return. They all use fake names. If you call back and ask for the last person you spoke with, no one knows who the person is. If you’re left on hold for too long, you’re transferred to Lighthouse Insurance. When you speak to Oscar, they don’t know what Lighthouse Insurance is. OSCAR INSURANCE IS FRAUDULENT.
