They called my elderly 91 year old mother and convinced her that her doctor wanted her to use a back brace. There is nothing wrong with her back by the way. They wanted to verify her address and doctors name and she gave it to them. Since then, a few months ago, they repeatedly call her several times a week. Her doctor has gotten requests for orders for the brace so Medicare will pay for it. We keep telling them to stop calling, she does NOT want or need a brace, and they laugh at us. They sent the brace this week with forms for us to fill out, and they had a doctor, who my mother has never seen, sign the order for the brace. What do we do?
