original wall art is a fake

I purchased a set of pictures from original wall art and the product was never shipped. I first sent an email to ask about the product being shipped and they created a shipping label in response but never sent a reply. 4 weeks later the tracking shows the item still hasn't been dropped off with the carrier. They do not respond to emails or have a phone number listed to try and contact. I also can't find a place to leave a review on their site so how did they get so many positive reviews. Whatever you purchase make sure you are ok with losing that amount of money. Scammed me.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a picture from this company and the correspondence regarding why it wasn't being shipped seemed fishy. The same response was given every time I sent an email. There was no phone number given to call. Further investigation revealed their address had been turned in to the ScamPulse.com under another business name, but also a fraud. I think they've just changed their name and continue to perpetuate fraud on people. Also, what was recorded under Paypal was a whole different website than what was sent to me on email. The Paypal website is listed as www.originalframe.com and [email protected]. This one does have a phone number 1-(325)-208-0697, but it is only a message saying to send them an email. Both websites were established in 2021. SUSPICIOUS!!!
