Optimum Student Loan Processing, LLC Reports & Reviews (1)

Optimum Doc prep is in the habit of buying list of graduate and student names, contact information, with student loans. They will contact the individual who owns the student loan. They will offer to help the student get rid of their student loan, refinance, apply for forgiveness, loan and rehab without making it clear that the fees you are paying is only for them to do a paper work on the loan owner behalf. These are things that the student can do by just filling out the form themselves. Optimum Doc Prep will put the person with the student loan enroll in a plan of (36 times payment for $50 which add up to $1,800). They will finally disclose that the money pay was just fees for their service of doing the paper work for you, not for actually forgiving your loan, loan rehab, or refinancing the loan. The fees payments I not really made clear to the customer this is how their scam work. They had the victim believing that once you pay $50 on an installment of 36 times, then you are free of your student loan.
