Product is of extremely cheap quality and size, in contradiction to advertising. Photos and descriptions on social media are fraudulent (do not reflect the actual item). Though a return policy is advertised, customer service simply stalls all efforts to get satisfaction. Products are drop shipped from China and the only way to get refund is to return to China for an extremely high cost.
