Onuia bath towels poor quality and no return response

I ordered Onuia bath towels. They took over 3 weeks to arrive and they are poor quality. Onuia advertised them as top quality towels. They have no number to call, only an email address. I emailed wanting a full return and they are stalling and not getting back with me. After a month they do not have to accept the return. They have an office address in USA but drop ship from China. This is a scam because they are advertising the towels as top quality and they are not. I want my money back and they are not doing so.

Onuia luxury towels are cheaply made and return policy is misleading

I ordered "luxury towels" from a company online called Onuia. After paying $553.59 to this company, I received a set of thinly made, cheap towels from China. After contacting the company about the quality of their towels they told me to wash them and try them before wanting to return them. If I wasn't satisfied then they could issue me a partial refund or that I'd have to pay for shipping to send them back to the company. I explained in their return policy that if I wash them it voids their 30 day return policy. They then emailed back saying no it wouldn't even though it clearly states otherwise. This company is selling CHEAPLY MADE thin towels from a Chinese factory at outrageous prices and passing them off as luxury scamming people out of large amts of money.
