Type of a scam Identity Theft

Someone made an Instagram account pretending to be me. Used my name and pictures of me from my actual personal account. They are trying to lure people in (specifically men) by saying I have an “OnlyFans” account. The bio on the scam account expresses that there will be explicit photos and videos of me with a link attached. If you click on the link it takes you to a website called “only4fans.net”, which is a fake OnlyFans website where there again my name and face is used. This page has numerous posts of what I’m assuming to be explicit content. You have to subscribe before you can view anything on the page, therefore you have to put in credit card information.

I’ve reached out to Instagram and have had tons of people report the account and nothing has been done. Haven’t heard a word. I also have no idea how to get my name and face off of this scammy website.
