Type of a scam: Online Purchase

I ordered and paid for four clones online, Sept 25, 2019. I received a confirmation email that payment was received with an order number. I never received my product nor have I heard any information regarding my purchase since then from this company. I have sent numerous emails to them and still no response. Phone calls, the line is always busy. I paid through e-transfer which I now know not to do because you can’t track it. It is now 5 months later and I still haven't heard anything from this company.

Apparently theres new management.
I was scammed $80, in oct 2019.
Out of the blue i thought id email april 2020 to see if they vould rip me off on a seed order. I recieved an instant reply asking what my order was. A day later or so, i recieved an email statement showing my original purchase plus a " we're sorry" gift.
May 14 2020 haven't received anything yet, but covid 19 is f'n everything up. If i dont have within the next week, ill update this negatively.
