Arietia is a SCAM !! I purchase luggage that I NEVER received. Now the company is out of business and their emails I am sending are bouncing back as undeliverable.

Eatingtools.com advertised a piece of cookware for $195. I paid for the item and in approximately 1 hour, the owner of the business emailed me stating he would need another $100 in order for me to complete the transaction due to a "glitch" within Instagram. The only other option given was to cancel the transaction and receive a refund. This type of practice is often associated with bait and switch scams. The owner made no attempts to rectify his pricing mishap by honoring the advertised price, but chose to email this statement after calling him out "Thanks for taking the high road here. It does sound like our shop of artisan-made, world-class cookware is probably not the right shop for you."

ON FEB 10 2023 I WAS SHOPPING FOR MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING AND I SAW THESE BEAUTIFUL DRESS THAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE AMAZING FOR THAT DAY.

SO I PURCHASED WHAT I THOUGH WAS 3 BEAUITFUL DRESSES AND WHEN THEY CAME

I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH WHAT I RECIEVED

THERE IS NO APPLIQUE ON THE DREESS ITS ALL SPRAYED PAINTED ON FABRIC THE DRESS IS NOTHING LIKE ON THE WEBSITE AND WHAT THEY OFFER TO CUSTOMERS THEY ARE SCAMMING EVERYONE THAT THINK THAT THEY ARE BUYING A BEAUTIFUL DRESS AND WORST THEY OFFER A RETURN BUT IT WOULD COST ME ABOUT 200.00 TO SEND BACK AS PER MY POSTMASTER AT THE POSTOFFICE THEY ARE A FEW CUSTOM FEES THAT APPLY DUE TO THE RETURN ADDRESS IS CHINA AND WHEN PURCHASE IT DOESNT STATES ON WEBSITE THAT THE MERCHANDISE IS MADE AND SHIPPED FROM CHINA .

What they show on the website is not actually what you get you get this inferior product that’s no good and they make it impossible for you to return it. Send the expected for 14 days and then expected in 30 more days you email.

I ordered new tires for my lawnmower, I received a ring, I emailed them about it they said that was a gift & my order was being processed, after a bunch of emails about not getting my tires they first offered me a $10 refund and I said I wanted my tires or a full refund they offered a $12 refund, I ordered my tires 2-26-23 today is 4-5-23 still not received neither

They are not shipping out their products we the people pay for. Then after waiting weeks, no one responds to calls or emails. They only respond via Instagram with a direct message if you publicly wrote on their page informing the public about their poor service and scamming ways. Then instead of giving a refund they are saying they will but it’s a process.

Ordered 2 dresses; disappointed and did not want either. Valanio refused to provide label or address to return; refused to credit full refund. Website states made in USA. Last email of 7 offered $43; stated address is in Dubai. Reported to my credit card company; received temporary credit for full price. Investigating.

As soon as I recieved the wigs I ordered. I automatically requested a refund the wigs are very poor quality, shedding not to mention were not what I ordered. The service department first said that they would refund 15% of my funds. I told them no I wanted all of my funds back, they then said they would give me 30% back and gave me an address as well as a phone number to send my wigs back to. I intern let them know that I reject their offer and wish to still get my money back for the items I purchased. I have yet to hear back from them.

I purchase several bathing suits from MeetCurve.com. I attempted to return three. After multiple attempts of requesting a return label in which I received the same response with no actually return label attached. Several days later I received multiple emails offering a partial refund for keeping the items. I replied with an email agreeing to the terms and asking when I could expect my return they replied with its outside of the fifteen day window for returns. I did everything in my part to return the items in a timely manner but their response time created major delays and is ridiculous and fraudulent.

Ordered/paid/received 3 tops. Only 1 top fit. I requested an "authorization form within 30 days" as per their posted return policy. They responded via email that they'll refund $25 and I can keep the tops. I refused. Their second email response was similar but offering $30. I again refused. Their third response was offered $42 and suggested I give the two tops that don't fit to Goodwill. I again refused, said I want a full refund for the two tops and that it was up to them whether they wanted the tops back or not. Awaiting their response.

Ordered a suitcase for 39.99 and took over a month to receive a very cheap ring. When reaching out to the company through their “support email” the responses were very generic, specifying that they were escalating the situation and were telling me my package was on the way and never indicated a ring. Then when the ring was received they said it was a “gift” and my actual package was still in “process”. It is a bogus company and they are liars. I have reversed the charge and gotten a new card but this company should be shut down there seem to be numerous videos and allegations of fraud. They are also using a return address that is linked to an Amazon fulfillment center which is marked as “temporarily closed” on google. Please act quickly this is a very strategic scam that needs to be shut down.

they offer clothing so i bought it. When i received it 3 weeks later it was terrible quality and not what was advertised. I reached out via email to return it all (i was still within my rights to return according to their website). they asked me what the problem was and i replied along with pictures they requested. They will not give me the option to return. they keep trying to offer me small amounts (up to $10) refund and to keep my products which i refused. they also keep saying that return shipping (which would come out of my refund) would be expensive - which i also said i didnt care. I have requested a return label 5 times now and they will not give it to me claiming they've tried doing everything to make me happy. There is no way to get the refund from them and they should not be able to do business in the US

also when i originally ordered the product it was $94 but they charged me credit card $110. i emailed them questioning it, and they said it was a mistake and refunded the $16. That seems unethical to overcharge a card by accident, but now knowing what i know it was probably on purpose.
