Online Retailer Scam Reports & Reviews (1910)

I ordered a smilegloss introductory kit for 1.95 shipping charges and turned down additional offers for other items, then they tried to charge me for the additional items, my credit card company caught the fraudulent activity and blocked the charges (99.95 X2, 86.82 X1, and 43.41 for a total of 330.13). I called the company at the phone number provided by my CC co. (833 830 4291) and cancelled all the orders and told them I was reporting them to the ScamPulse.com for fraud. They have a different phone number listed for customer service (833 206 9239). They said they would cancel all orders and issue a refund of my 1.95. The website was presented in an ad on an E-mail page to which I subscribe.

Website set up to look like you are ordering custom made products like shirts/rugs etc…. Once you customize your desired products, payment is collected and a delivery date is given; it all seems legit, but your money is taken and no products are ever sent, plus they now have your payment information

On December 31 and January 5 Vestiaire Collective sent me emails titled “Resale Revolution”. If I listed 10+ items for sale I would get a $100 voucher. I listed the items but no voucher. I emailed them and they said I am not eligible for the sale per the fine print. But there is no fine print. There is no link to terms and conditions, there is not even a caveat that terms apply. Nothing. They refuse to honor the promotion they clearly marketed to me. Beware of buying or selling with Vestiaire Collective. They make false and misleading claims to get your items listed on their platform.

A 2020 Coin that was ordered from a company named SERDAP, was sent to an incorrect address with bogus information & tracking #. The telephone # provided had been disconnected & the email address SERDAP.COM goes to a different website.

I found an inexpensive pair of cycling shoes for my daughter at www.footwearbags.com. When she entered her Visa number and pressed enter, she immediately got a call from her Visa card company that the Footwearbags company had charged the price of the cycling shoes and then immediately submitted a second charge for an additional $100. Luckily both charges were blocked by the Visa company.

I bought weight loss gummies, buy 3 bottles for $39.00 get 2 free

They sent me a confirmation email and charged me for all 5 bottles. I called on the customer service phone number they gave me. She told me that was not the ad I signed up for. I wanted to cancel my order. She told me it was processing and could not be canceled. I told her again that was not what the ad said. She agreed to give me a partial refund of $60. I told her no. Then she gave me a $100.00 refund. I then asked her if this was an automatic refill order. She said yes. That also was not listed in the ad. I canceled that. This is clearly a scam company. This is the email I received with my refund: "Order Number: ******* Ordered on 01/09/2023 09:55am

Dear ******** ********,

This email is to inform you that we have refunded the amount of $100.00 back to your payment method originally used on order number 1500845, which was originally purchased on 01/09/2023 09:55am for the total amount of $198.78.

If you have any questions about this notification or if you feel you are receiving this in error, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team." They now have contact information and debit card info. I will attempt to close the debit card.

I purchased 3 items from Ryabe. When they arrived they were clearly nothing like the photos on the website. I reached our to the company and they offered $15 as a compensation. I declined and said I wanted to return for a full refund. They then countered with an offer of $32. I again declined. The final offer was $45 with the warning that I would have to pay shipping to Dubai so it wasn't worth it to return. I again declined.

I ordered a shirt on Nov 1, 2022. On 11/23/22 I contacted them by email to see when I would receive my shirt. I got the run around and they would never say. I contacted them on Fb and still got the run around. Finally my order updated at shipped but I kept checking the tracking number and it was never leaving Jamaica, NY. I contacted them again on FB and they said they would contact the shipping company and get it resolved and would get a tracking number to me. Weeks later I’m still asking for the tracking number….and they won’t give it to me. It’s been over 2 mths and at this point, I just want a refund. I’ve noticed on Fb that a lot of people are putting mad faces on mywestern’s posts bc obviously they are getting scammed also.

I have tried various methods of contacting the company but there has been no response whatsoever

I purchase 4 weeks that came up to $69 because they claim that they had a promotional this is the website that they keep sending me to with no updates. I have been trying to communicate with them to cell phone or the number that they have provided on their website and also email and have not received any contact concerning my order and from all the other reviews the same thing has happened to them.

I ordered socks via the website on 11/27/22 and was charged $28.94. I received the socks and immedidately contacted plantarsocks.com at premiertruststore.zendesk.com to request a return label as stated on their website. On 12/10/22, I received a reply from premiertruststore.zendesk.com that my request was processing.I have emailed them 4 times since then, with my order # requesting return information receiving no replies from them. In my last email, I informed them I would be contacting BBB.

Fake website targeting with a discount code to make the buyer believe they’re buying high end goods at a discount price. The “shipping” price covers the cost of poor quality jewelry under the guise that it’s free high quality jewelry only for the price of shipping.

Ordered a product 11/27/22, advertised would arrive before Christmas. Never arrived, no customer service information, emails get no response, their Facebook page is now full of people reporting the same thing. A generic message gets sent by the company saying wait 2-3 more weeks.

The company made a promise to refund all money if unsatisfied with the company’s performance. I wasn’t satisfied at all with the app and did what the company asked and canceled the app then asked for my money totaling 47.00 dollars to be returned. I used the email that I was told to use on the app website to ask for my refund, & I was spun in a circle of fraud & swindle. I was repeatedly asked what happened, then told to wait due to the company handling other issues from other people. Then after communicating with them as well as waiting more than a month, I was still not refunded, but looped within the same queued questions with no end result.

I ordered custom-made sweatpants with a photo of their cat that just passed away on them for my kids and I was promised they would be here before the holidays. I got an email stating the order was delayed and I could cancel if I wanted to. I asked to cancel since they wouldn't make it before the holidays. They stated that I had already received the product months before I even ordered it and said that their refund policy states I can't have a refund after 3 days of delivery. I called them out for the mistake and they continued to respond with emails as if I wasn't even requesting a refund. They then stated they were sorry, the order was lost in the mail and I could ask for a refund, which I did. They then said they "shipped" the product again and refused my request for a refund. I am certain they are scammers and would like my money back. I've included all the email exchanges in the files below.
