I bought a pregnancy pillow from the Beno Maternity website in August 2025. They had a functioning website and instagram page at the time. I received confirmation with links to shipping details. I was tracking my package and noticed it said delivered but I didn't receive anything. I reached out to customer service and we had a back and forth a few times. They told me to wait because the shipping company was having some issues. I followed up to the email chain, only to receive a bounce back message saying email no longer exists. The website was taken down and all the links in the emails sent from them no longer work.

I purchased a buy 1 get 2 free deal advertised on Instagram from wearballee.com. I was sent a confirmation that everything went through and I received a tracking number. The tracking number shows that the shipment is awaiting to be picked up and it hasn't moved. 2 weeks after that I receive another email that my order is confirmed and another $29.99 is taken out of my account. There's an email address that you can reach out to for refunds but they do not ever respond to you and there's no number to call.

It was a tracking number.***************** My order number is ****. No information on what carrier this tracing information is associated with is it FedX DCL UPS who knows but that information can not be linked to any company I am aware of. I am not a detective but something is very wrong with this purchase. I would like my money back. Valara Beauty company lies about sending you a replacement order with the same tracking number, for an order that never shipped, and that will not ever ship. They will tell you to keep waiting for it, and as you grow tired of all the lies and no shipment after being patient, you keep asking for a refund and they just tell you to wait another week, and a give a poor excuse that they will speak to management, but yet they tell you to wait another week again. I went to check my debit card account, and found that they kept charging my card every month after they stole my money the first time I made the order. I even wrote all my suspicions down in emails to them along with my pleads for a refund. The fraudulent company even charged me on the same day I checked my debit account balances. They owe me $122.96 I now must shut down my debit card once again. I am no longer going to place orders, for I cannot afford losing my hard earned money and it is stressful knowing someone is stealing from you. Another time I was scammed by a fake toll collector text, that I had to shut down my debit card. These scammers are causing more harm than good. I lost faith in placing orders now. This is a second occurrence on being scammed by a beauty company in a short period of time. They were both being advertised on Facebook. I now don’t trust Facebook either. They support these fraudulent bad businesses.

This website is a scam of the websites selling Swedish Candy - they take your money, never ship your items, and stop replying to any "customer service" inquiries, if they ever even replied in the first place. The website looks fairly real upon initial glance, but the contact information is inconsistent (multiple different emails that you can tell are not affiliated with a business) and the business address is a residential address in New York. Additionally, the website explicitly says they ship from Kansas, not New York. They do not have any social media presence and do not have any reviews on their website. Business contact name listed as "Idriss Alkaifi," which I'm sure is a fake name (I'm sure all the emails are fake too).

I didn't see the signs until after I made the purchase. I am disputing the transaction with my bank, reporting them here and to the FTC. I have screenshots of their website, my attempts at communication and their one response from the live chat.

Other emails scammer used: [email protected] (said this is their customer service email which I tried to contact and never heard back from), [email protected] (sent me a fake shipping label for my order showing the origin as New York even though the website says they ship from Kansas).
