This product is called bullshot, It's a carpet stain remover that advertised on television for $ 19.95, Once you give your credit card number to their automated service your order is not process until you are ambush by several other items, once the process is completed you will find the price of your order has double, Two days later you will receive a call from a customer service representative with more offers and a door step insurance delivery and if you choose to refuse these offers you will not receive your order at all. I ordered a framed poster for 130.00. The order was lost in shipping and took way longer than stated to receive but it appeared to be moving in tracking. When it arrived it was the picture in a tube. I contacted via email on 24 March on 31 March I received an email stating a frame would be on way soon. I waited a week and started emailing every day, no response. I tried to call and the voicemail was full and couldn’t take messages even though I was calling during their business hours. I tried every day. Still no responses at all so I filed this. Order number ****** ordered on march 11.

I ordered a phone case for my Samsung Galaxy off a website called punkcase.com and I never recieved the item. I paid $61.97 for the item. I contacted customer support via email and at first they communicated but when I asked for a refund they stopped answering my emails and never refunded my money.

I ordered cards once before and they came in without any issues. I then ordered cards several months later and only received half of my order. It’s been over a month and I’ve reached out multiple times with no answer.

After I filed a claim with my credit card company within two days, my order was marked as shipped.

The order was sent to a completely different state where the package was declined and returned to sender.

Fortunately, my credit card company has me covered, but I would avoid doing business with East Dragon Cards. They also sell on eBay and I heard about them because they included one of their cards in a package. I don’t think they go by the same name on eBay.

I went to buy a sweatshirt, because it was on sale after the holiday. I wanted to buy the sweatshirt because it is listed as helping military, a sort of till Valhalla project. Everything seemed legitimate. It took a long time for my sweatshirt to get here, when it did, it is very cheaply made doesn’t even seem to be the correct size. I noted on my bank statement yesterday that there was another charge from the same company for 39.98 and I could not figure out why. The person at my bank said it looks like they set it up as a membership from when I bought the sweatshirt. When I tried to go onto the website through my original email it takes you in circles and doesn’t answer any questions. There is no way to get a hold of anyone, through a website or phone number. You had to submit a ticket, which made me very weary after what had already happened. I am most disappointed in the fact that I was not helping out soldiers or mental health and the fact that they scammed me that way makes me mad.

It showed this great idea A boy, bookmark items like fuzzy socks, book tabs, highlighter etc. When received after several contacts to company I received a notice that it was held up in customs in Ireland. When I finally received it it had one chapter of a book two fake flowers from the $ store a highlighter nd a paper bookmark. It cost me 35.00$ I contacted the company who agreed to refund $5.00 USD which has not been credited yet I have learned a valuable lesson DONOT buy anything that says USD United States Dollars

When no email arrived, I contacted the company three times before someone named Sam said they would resolve the issue. They resent me the same order confirmation email but no gift card. When I asked them to cancel the order, because they were having technical difficulty, they cut off contact.

Hi, on november 17th i was charged twice for services related to your product. I promptly emailed Michael Moss and received a short response about the second charge, which was apparently for another user. This was confusing to me and I disabled the second user and asked to get a refund for the second charge, which NEVER happened.

I spent multiple days and weeks trying to follow up with Michael and there was no answer. I also contacted Emma, who did not help me either (attached).

I asked to refund me in whole for all charges, close the account, and delete all my information. But no answer and it is 12.12.2024 and I have no way of deleting my account or payment info online

This scammer sell jewelry online. The pictures and descriptions online do not match products or sizing sent to the seller. They also have many fake positive reviews blocking the real bad reviews. I ordered a 5.2mm x 20" silver chain but was sent 4.5MM x 19.75 chain which was verified by Kay Jewlers. The seller refused to help me or acknowledge their wrong doing. Other bad reviews posted online share this same experiance.

Ordered moissanite engagement ring online and received confirmation email. When no other contact, reached out to "customer support", which is just an email address on the website. Was then directed to message through WhatsApp at (302) 533-8151. Tried for a month to get an update on the order and a valid tracking number for the order that was placed on 10/23. Was told multiple times that they would "check with them" and was only ever given a tracking number that lead to "label created" at FedEx. When requests for updates were made, "customer service" would ask for the same information previously provided in the same chat, and never provide an update. Was told it shipped this past Monday and was never sent an email stating so, nor provided with an updated tracking number. "Customer service" then ignored requests for updates for three days until refund was requested, at which point they said "there were delays because of the busy season". No valid tracking number has ever been provided. They now say they will issue a refund that should appear in 7-10 business days. They do not even know where the product is.

The product is clothing and footwear offered at discount prices. These products are cheap and not worth the price paid. The product is on sale and you cannot return sale items. The product is made in Asia and sold as high end. Big Big scam to folks out there. AND I see these outfits sold throughout Canada under different names. Too bad they get away with coning us
