Opened and Escalated in March 2024. As of April 2024, No Refund has been issued from Paypal.

They are offering separate “high dollar value” mystery boxes , 100$-1000k value. I purchased a 600$ value and received a poorly designed shirt, a pair of sweat pants, and one sticker. After checking there Instagram comments it seems like this is a repeat issue

Livia sells menstrual cramp devices. They offered it on a Black Friday sale with a subscription service in 2021, which we purchased. We never received the subbed electrode pads, tried to contact them, and they never sent them. Told them to cancel. They didn't cancel. Told them again. They didn't cancel again. Now, as of March 2023 they changed their name to iPulse Medical LTD, still operating the same scam. Had to cancel my card and hopefully that does it.

Saw an add on Facebook for a Christmas flash sale for an advent calendar. Clicked the link and ordered it for my son. The charge showed up on my bank statement as “goddessexciti“ which worries me. Haven’t gotten a tracking code it just says outbound and shipped. The rest is all in chinese

I downloaded this service to help grow my audience on social media. They promised and underdelivered. After a week, many attempts to connect someone from the company, I asked for a refund. The automated message system let me know that there is no refunds and it was in the policy. I tried to reactive my account and was charged another yearly subscription fee. I tried reaching out again by means of their chat system and got no response. There was no place stating my card was going to be charge. I then looked online and found many other people in the same boat so I decided to write a complaint.

Offered the heating unit called: Ecoheat devise that is supposed to warm a room. Doesn't live up the the climes made by the company.. Would barely warm my small bathroom.

I purchased a pair of designer earrings which passed the resellers authentication process (which they charge a separate fee for). However, upon receiving I had a different third party also authenticate the item and was notified the item was non-authenticate. I then reached out the seller (vestiaire collective) to inform them of the issue. I was provided a return shipping label to have the item re-authenticated by their authentication team. The item was received by the seller and days later I received a email indicated the following… “Our team has now checked the item again, and we agree that the item does not meet the standards of the brand.” I am reporting this because this is absolutely unacceptable. Buyers spend their hard earned money to buy items which they believe are authentic (based on the sellers authentication process) it would be a shame for this to happen to others and they have absolutely no knowledge that what they received and thought to be authentic is in fact a replica. I am beyond frustrated and now I am questioning/doubting every single purchase I’ve ever made from the seller.

Ordered a jersey on 10/22 and within 2 days was sent a tracking number. As of 11/12 I am still waiting on the product to be sent to me. The tracking info states it’s been sitting in Jamaica, NY since. When contacted, I get a response that says please be patient your order is on the way. Since the first time I made contact, it shows an update stating it’s been shipped again yet is still in Jamaica NY.

This is definitely an odd story but I'm not sure where else to file this.

My wife and I purchased an Elliptical Machine from SOLE back in January of this year. At the time, SOLE was promoting a Fitness App of sorts that you could utilize alongside their workout machines. The app was called STUDIO. We signed up on the website, TryStudio.com and have been getting charged for months now. However a few months ago I wanted to cancel the service as we were no longer using it. When I went to contact their support page, it doesn't exist anymore. The live Chatbot they had was also removed. I sent them emails as well but never received any responses. I attempted to have my bank disrupt the monthly charges by sending me a new Credit Card however they're using a digital wallet service which automatically updated to my new credit card and we were still being charged.

The information I was able to find via google listed two phone numbers, both of which are for the California Department of Consumer Affairs (1-800-952-5210 & 916-445-1254). The information in their Terms of Service mentiones Morsel, LLC as their parent company however attempts to contact that number ended up in a voicemail box of some random person (866-780-7653). I was able to contact SOLE directly who assured me they've cut ties with this third party vendor and would work to get my membership cancelled, however the website is still active and taking Payment information, as well as all of their social media accounts. This seems like a total scam at this point and I jsut wanted SOMEONE to be aware of this and see if they can get it taken down before more people sign up.

The scammer has a consumer friendly website with women's clothing and fake positive reviews. It indicates returns will be accepted within 30 days but when you request a return they require you send to an address in China with exorbitant shipping rates. The quality of the dress was very low and different from the pictures. If you search on online off of the website, there are many claims that the website is a scam but you wouldn't know to look for them because the website looks professional and include so many fake positive reviews.

I received an ad on Facebook for the website https://www.caringei.online/

I placed an order of $43.55 but afterwards I was suspicious because the email said the bank statement will appear as “ weeksrainbowj” which did not seem very legitimate to me. The email says they use Customer Care-VIP and since my order had just been placed I requested in the customer care chat for my order to be canceled. I have not heard back yet and it has been a couple of business days. I am not able to find a phone number to call them.

Business is using social media platforms to sell high quality LED lights. But they take your money and never ship out the goods, or they send cheap versions of what they are supposed to offer. This has happened to just about everyone that has purchased something from them. You cannot get them to respond via the 1 and only 1 contact method they have via email. They are clearly committing mail fraud and need to be investigated and shut down before more and more people lose their money to them.

I made a purchase on Depop on the 28th of July. The seller did not send me the right item. I asked if they could send me the correct item and they declined. They told me I had to pay to ship it back to them, which I refused. I followed up with Depop directly. Depop said the same. They told me I had to pay to ship the item back, which I felt uncomfortable with. In the end, I paid, despite the rudeness of customer service and despite the seller disappearing altogether. I did and asked for my money, as the package was delivered weeks ago. They are still refusing. I opened a dispute with my bank because of their insistent refusal to comply, despite my compliance. They are scamming customers and lying to them. They should not be allowed to do this. They refused to work with customers and only protect their sellers, which isn’t okay. They should be reprimanded for their actions in hopes of them not being able to do the same to anyone else.
