Music Gear lists a number of different music instruments. I wanted to buy a listed Used Yamaha Genos keyboard. A company employee (Cosey Brain) took over to help me make a down payment of $600 using PayPal "friend to friend" option. After she received money, she called me a Nigerian fraudster and discontinued any further interaction. Subsequently I discovered that the company's practice was to connect the buyer with the seller, which the person did not adhere to. Also this person requested to make the payment to "[email protected]", which I did. In retrospect the listings are very suspicious, very low prices and originating from a small Ontario town.
