This company was contacted via Facebook with the intent to rent an inflatable water slide for a graduation party. The company requested a $150 deposit first, then a couple of days later requested an additional $250 insurance deposit. On the day of delivery which was scheduled for 10 AM, the company reached out via Facebook messenger at 9 AM and claimed that they would need an additional $200 wharehouse deposit. At this point we refused to give anymore money up front and offered to pay the additional upon delivery. The company never delivered the inflatable. When contacted afterwards, they claimed they would offer a refund but didn't proccess the refund and when asked about the refund a second time, the company blocked us on their Facebook page.
