Ollie+ Hank have a beautiful professional website with many pretty hand -made and digital products that you can customize with recipient's name. There is a full page about shipping times to different countries . They are based in Ontario. I received an order summary with the full description, the price, the name to be written and even the map of my hometown, shipping method and payment used was included. They also have an Instagram account and a facebook account. I searched for 2 weeks for a personalized baby's 1st Christmas ornament for my very first grandbaby and found something beautiful on the Ollie+ Hank website. I placed my order and waited for the email confirmation. I placed the order on 12/10 and started to email on a few days later. There is no phone number and no live chat. I emailed 4 days in a row and even messaged on FB and Instagram. Nothing! No communication! Today, 12 /20 /22 I searched for a phone number and the Better Business Bureau came up and showed 65+ complaints against Ollie+Hank for NON-Delivery! Taking money from people and not sending anything! Nothing ! Now what do I do? So disgusting and disappointing!
