Type of a scam Online Purchase

I responded to an advertisement from Nfeswap (claimed to be located in the uk but assume that is also fake) on Facebook before Christmas 2022 for a product that I was looking for online. I purchased a wood splitter off of this company’s website from being targeted and redirected come a Facebook ad. I purchased with my credit card. From the ads on Facebook and from the product description, product images and product videos on the product page I expected to receive a product that was about adult knee high and capable of fitting a log of large wood and stand up to the wood being hit with a large axe or mallet. however, I received the product on Jan 3 and what a received is the size of my small female hand/tv remote control and would not fit a large piece of wood. And is not strong enough to support likely even the light chop of a tooth pick. It is not what was promoted in the ad or on the website. Even the size on the product page is wrong. it is still small compared to what the images and videos imply but what I received is even smaller.

I emailed the company yesterday to complain and send pictures of what I received alongside dated screen caps of what is still on the product page on their website. I got a bounce back delivery error message from the email today. Very delayed delivery fail message. I assume that has also been calculated by them.

If you go to the company Facebook page they have pulled down the posts about the wood splitter but several people have posted their similar experience with photos of the small product they received.

I had done a google search in early Dec to see if the site comes up as reported spam or spam site but found nothing. But since Xmas it seems the site is starting to be flagged. This website needs to be forced down, and Facebook company page closed. Advertising pulled and people reimbursed for what has been stolen,

I doubt I will ever see my money back but hoping to can help prevent more people from being scammed.
