This is a streaming service that pops up when you are trying to pay for something else. It happened to me twice- when paying for parking and when paying for something else online. I entered my credit card thinking I was paying for something else, then later got an email saying I had a free 5 day trial for Tulum, which would incur a monthly charge after 5 days. In both cases, I cancelled within 5 days but my credit card was compromised. I had to cancel the card both times.
