Type of a scam Online Purchase
XBorder is the shipper that they use to deliver the merchandise, however, the tracking supplied by them still has no tracking number available and despite multiple requests, has never been updated. I have reached out to the company repeatedly to request an update but keep being told to be patient. We are now approaching over the 3rd month of waiting for this shipment. I emailed them again on their communication method and requested a refund multiple times but they kept saying be patient and my last demand for a refund now has me “banned from posting” any further communication.
Can you give me any advise or look into these Facebook type adds. It’s not a great deal of money but it is so frustrating that Facebook is supporting these types of businesses. I posted on their recent adds on Facebook about the shoddy service to warn others and my post was removed.
