I ordered a product on January 25, 2022. I did not receive the product. I emailed them asking what happened and for months they kept saying they have supply chain issues. They gave me new shipping dates that were never honored. At the end of may, I was upset and asked for a refund. They have never issued a refund but claim that they have. I never received any credit from them on my credit card from May until now (December 2022).
