The Website claims to offer service to several countries including Canada and the US and identifies a business address of 144 Whitchurch Rd, Cardiff CF14 3NA, UK.
My credit card was charged on March 24, 2023 a total of 84.51 CAD (or 59.97 USD as advertised) for the product under the identifier "ZONEREVELB COM" out of Hongkong.
On April 5, 2023 I received a multicolored hammock with no frame, no cover, and not at all the product that was advertised, delivered by Canada Post. The "support" email I received in my confirmation of order email was [email protected]. The "support" email that was outlined on a piece of paper packaged with the actual product received was "[email protected]". When I sent an email to the support email identified with the actual product that arrived, I received a response from "Support via zendesk.com" indicating that a work order had been created. There were several Asian characters surrounding Zendesk.com which are not readable to me as an anglophone.
