I ordered a Remington Electric Pole Saw 10" from lannywitch.com on January 21, 2023. I received a confirmation order #247330 and my credit card was charged $47.59. I did not hear anything else for days, so I sent an email to [email protected] inquiring about my order. That email was returned as undeliverable. I went to lannywitch.com website and used the phone number listed to call them on Friday, January 27, 2023. The automated message said the phone number was no longer in service. The website listed a name of Lanny M Feldman, P.A. I called their office on January 27, 2023. I asked about my order from lannywitch. The representative said that website was a scam and they had received other complaints. I then sent notice to the company We Pay that processed the payment asking for a refund. I have also contacted my credit card company about the fraudulent charge.

Went to Grand Prix RC website when searching for a battery for my model airplane. Very fancy / comprehensive site. Purchased the battery from them with credit card. I was advised that a confirmation email was sent to my email address. Never received this E mail ever.

Went back to site and called their 800 number and was surprised to hear that the phone was disconnected. tried their contact email and never a reply. They charged my card and it was paid. The company charging my card was called: Z Trading . Looking them up I find that they have been under several names similar and show being active/then inactive more than once. I tried calling their (z trading's) Florida number and all I get is voice mail. I can only assume that this is a scam using Grand Prix RC as a front. Don't make the same mistake I made. Don't even go on GrandPrixRC site. !! AND " Shame on me " I never noticed that it's NOT a secure site in the first place.
