I ordered a personalized 1st Christmas ornament for my Granddaughter. They took my money but no product and no communication! I have emailed 2x a day, wrote to them on Instagram and facebook. Nothing! I can't believe all the complaints! I reported them to the BBB. So why are they still in business? I'm really pissed off and disappointed!

Ordered 5/22/22. Received order confirmation. Looks so legit. Then nothing since. No order update, no shipping info- nothing. Sent 2 emails. Nothing. :-/

I ordered an ornament . I have never received my order, never received an email although i have contacted the company twice. Do not order from this company.

I am having a very similar experience. I ordered over a month ago, almost two months now. I sent an email almost immediately and since then have sent 3 more, so 4 total and have gotten nothing back and have not received my product. How frustrating. I ordered these items special for special people and too think I will not get the product, be out the money and now have to find something else last minute is infuriating!

I made an order on Oct. 22 and the money ($116) was withdrawn from my account immediately. I contacted their customer service three separate times to make a change to my order before it was shipped, and received no response. Now almost a month later and still no response to my questions, and I have yet to receive my order or any update on when it will ship. I am convinced this is a scam.

I ordered a mug a long time ago from Ollie and hank and have still not received it even after send an email to the company. The company never even gotten back to me. I believe the entire company is a scam and it is worth investigatin

I was very excited about the gift I purchased for my god daughter through Ollie and Hank. The package has yet to show up, no fault to the company I’m sure and typically I would not hold that against the sender since it’s an issue with USPS but I’ve reached out to their customer service 3 times over two weeks without any response. Frustrating experience.

I purchased a print for my son’s nursery however my order was not fulfilled. I contacted the company twice and no response. I disputed my purchase through my bank in case they stole my credit card information.
