I placed a 2 orders from this company quality of rings LOVED them. It did take a little longer to deliver but well worth the wait.
No complaints from me.

I ordered a personalised ring from them and the item arrived 62 days later, the tracking said it would arrive 10 days later. Then when the ring arrived it looked hideous. The lettering was different sizing and it looked cheap. Like something you'd get out of a lolly dispenser. Nothing like the picture on the website. When I asked for a refund, they refused and said its because it was a personalised item. However their returns and exchange policy never states anything about personalised items. Do yourself a favour and don't order from this website. Waste of time and money.

I found this website on my FB feed. It looked ligit, merchandise was very nice looking. I decided to order a ring from what I thought was a ligit business. A confirmation e-mail was sent with a thank you from Olivia Vernoa introducing herself, and a little information regarding her company. I place my order on May 29th 2020, it is now July 9th 2020, I still have not had any contact from this company stating that my order has been processed and shipped out. There had been no contact at all. Trying to get in touch with the company via e-mail or on their FB page there is no response. I was able to find people in the same situation as myself, having placed, and paid for their orders only not to have received them either. I defiantly feel this company is a fake, their advertising showing lovely jewelry at reasonable prices drawing you in to place and order, pay for it, then they never fore-fill their end, with sending you what you ordered. Very disappointed.
