I'm the same as others, I ordered on July 2nd and I never received anything. Numerous emails with no response, their phone number is disconnected. Do not order from them. I am hopeful that Karma catches up with these thieves.

I placed my order on July 23rd and it is now August 24th and I still have not received my product. I put my order number in their tracking tool and of course it said that my order could not be found! On their website, they have a contact number, contact email, a tracking tool for your order and they also send you an email confirmation with a order number. Sounds legit, right?! WRONG! Their number has been disconnected, they don’t respond to emails, your order number is fake and the tracking tool is pointless!
It doesn’t surprise me that this is happening! Look at our country and all the insane crap that our dumbfounded president is doing! Now is the perfect time for us honest hard working citizens to get scammed! Sucks that honest companies who sell online will not be trusted either because of these thieves! Sorry but I’m pissed!

I ordered a device on 6/28/22 and never received the product after numerous emails. I tried to call the 800.503.2040 corporate headquarters number and it is disconnected. Please, please, please do not purchase from this website. They are thieves!

Wish I would of read this website before purchasing. Like all the others above I thought this was a ligit company but when my product didnt arrive I reached out to the number listed. It was nothing but an answering machine. I left numerous messages some not so nice. I tried mailing a request for refund but no response. This website was made well enough to scam a lot of people. Unfortunately like others by the time I found out it was a scam it was to late to get the money back from my debit card. I am usually very careful with what I order online. Shame on me because this looked legit. So very angry at how many people where taken advantage of. Thinking the Attorney General should be notified since it is credit card fraud to take money and not give product.

This company never shipped the 100$ product I purchased two months ago. They never replied to my many emails asking about order status, never answered phone call attempts. I had to contest the charges with my bank account in hope of getting my money back.

Ordered their cavitation device and gel as a gift. After several days of no notification that the item shipped I started a series of contact attempts; chat box, email, and several phone calls. Nothing. I say slick scammers because they're wily enough to have a Google hit "Olivi Reviews - Is This Slimming Device a Scam?", which of course claims that it's all legitimate. Just contacted my CC company's fraud department and I'm getting credited for the full amount. That's why I only EVER order from online with a credit card.

I ordered a cavitation machine from the GetOlivi.com website. The site is sooo well done that it reels you in and gives you a feeling of legitimacy. WRONG! These people are LIARS, who are SCAMMING AND DEFRAUDING people! I did receive an email that said my order is being processed IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY TOOK MY $91.19 from my account, but that is all that I have received from them. I emailed them and they have not replied. DO NOT GIVE THESE LIARS YOUR MONEY! Because I paid with my debit card and gave them my info, my bank advised me that I may not be able to recover my money.

This company is definitely a scam. I called myself doing as many reviews as possible. I should've googled scam instead of results. I never received a confirmation email in reference to anything. NO communication period. Over 2 weeks and nothing. I hope they burn in hell for misleading people.

I ordered well over 3 weeks ago. I have contacted them countless times. I heard back once that they "lost" my order. That was over a week ago and they still haven't shipped the order or responded to any emails or voice mails. I am going to dispute the charges with my bank in order to get my money back.

I ordered the product on July 9th and got an email that it was processed along with an order number. Contacted them through email and the website phone number which only takes a message, got an email that it was "misplaced" and another would be sent to me on July 20th and that I would get a tracking number in 72 hours - nothing. I am disputing the charge through my credit card number.

Never received product. Never receive confirmation email of order or shipping info. They charged my CC $110.00 immediately. No one from the company called me back after I called 2x. I filed report with my CC to dispute charges today.

I DONT KNOW WHATS UP WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT THEIR HARD EARN MONEY. I DONT COMPLAIN ALOT BUT THESE PEOPLE WILL TELL U UR ORDER HAS PROCESSED AND DONT GIVE A TRACKING NUMBER OR ANYTHING. I TRIED TO CALL THEM 5-6 TIMES AND A VOICEMAIL IS ON. TODAY I REACHED OUT TO MY BANK FOR FRAUDLENT ACTIVITY FOR MY MONEY BACK. I DID GET IT BACK BUT UNFORTUNATELY SOME WONT GET THEIR MONIES BACK. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NO GOOD:(

I ordered the cavitation device and a special discount on a facial device and all I received after days was a email saying order received , then waiting some more days I reached out to ask when the products are going to be shipped and when will I get a tracking number all they responded was it takes three days to leave the warehouse and once it does they will send a tracking number I waited three days and still no update no tracking nothing then I reached out to them again through email and asked them about it and all they replied back after hours waiting is we refunded partial payment I never got refunded anything they owed me a total of $119.20 total but they said they refunded me only $40.00 which wasn't even true after calling my bank so I called the claims department of my bank to report all of what had happened and the bank credited my money back due to this very likely being a scam and not an honest legit company , word to the wise don't trust this olivi website and always do research beforehand about a business first .

Olivi is a scam. Do not buy Olivi products! Even though they claim to be a reputable company, the device is a piece of junk coming from China. Don't be fooled by their website, Olivi uses fake claims and testimonials to market their junk.

This is a cheap junk product that does not work! The company charged me for 2 products and sent 2 devices and refused to return the duplicate order, which was their mistake! So I’m stuck with 2 pieces of junk that do nothing!

I ordered one unit June 18,2022 after I saw a YouTube ad. I received (Recv’d) one email stating order received. As of July 6, 2022 I had not received and googled if maybe it was a scam and found this website with two reports of not getting the product. So July 6th, I replied to my confirmation of order email and said I had not received the product and no longer wanted it, so please refund my payment. Later that day I got an email that said my payment was refunded. July 7, I see the credit pending on my credit card account. 😀. There was no contact information in the emails but luckily the email address worked. [email protected]

Olivi is marketed as a reputable US based company. First the company never sent shipping info until I requested it weeks after product order was placed. When I received it a month later, I wasn’t even sure it was from this company, Olivi. It was a cheap product that had directions written in broken English, clearly not made or designed in the US. There was no olivi branding anywhere. When I started using the product it started randomly shutting off just a month post-purchase! I wrote to them and showed them a video of it malfunctioning and asked for a refund. They refused to offer that and said we’ll send you a new one. Well, I never got it, or even a tracking number from them. When I emailed on the status they said, oh it’s delivered, we’re not liable! This whole experience is mind blowing and totally not professional or the way a real business does business. The icing on the cake? They’re not an accredited business so you can’t file a complaint. Steer clear of this company and save your time and money for reputable, functions like products and legitimate business ethics and standards.

I was online looking for a cavitation device and I came across the website getolivi.com. I went on the website and it seem legit so I made the purchase using my quadpay. After I made the purchase I did not recieve and order number or a confirmation email. I tried calling but I did get anyone just an answering machine. I reached out through the contact sheet and no one responded I didn't even get a email stating they recieved my email. Then when I went on the instagram account I seen They had very few followers and no likes. I reached out to quadpay for them to stop the transaction but they said they couldn't because they already paid them now I have to pay quad pay after being scammed
