Ordered 2 raincoats for $18.90 each with free fast shipping. Was charged a $39.99 for rewards and $9.99 for shipping. Total charged was $87.78. Tried to cancel order no luck. Tried to reach company by email and no response. Raincoats arrived after trip I needed them for. Asked for refund, was told I can get 35% refund (keep raincoats) or full refund if I ship back at my expense and let them know when their company receives them back and then they will offer refund. Difficult to work with. Absolutely did not expect $50.00 in extra charges.

I found a pair of shoes through googling ones I wanted. Found the site Olive and Evy, was going to purchase the shoes cause the site looked reputable. Put my card information in and then double checked the site just in case. I went back, deleted my card info from the fill in text boxes and then I got multiple messages from my bank stating I'm getting fraudulent charges from various different places. I called, and emailed to report this incident and got told that they don't sell card information.

I placed an order for clothing with an online "merchant" named Olive and Evy. Their site looked legitimate. At the completion of the sale, the check-out form asked if I wanted to pay $9.95 for insurance. I declined. I received an email confirmation that included the insurance. 5 minutes later I received a text from my bank saying I had likely been scammed. Chase canceled the transaction and my card. Apparently though, this scammer simultaneously charged my card from 2 other affiliated companies and these charges went through. The websites for these 2 other companies look identical. They also sent tracking information for my "order", but they were also fraudulent; they weren't enough digits. Pretty slick, huh?

I tried to purchase 2 shirts and my credit card company asked if I just attempted a purchase and I said yes, but I did not recognize the name of the company. The scam company tried to process the charge 4 times, each time under a different name while I was on the phone with the credit card company. I told the card company (Chase) to cancel my card and reject all charges.

I also first called the scam phone number and while they answered the first time and said they would process the order and refund any other charges, when I tried to call again, I was never able to speak to anyone.

I was looking up a pea coat and found a really cute one on this site Olive and Evy. So I picked out the coat, I made my purchase. They took the money immediately out of my account and I got no email information like tracking number or anything, and I did put my email there. When I attempted to call them I was just met with music for a very long time, nobody answered the phone.

Tried to buy a raincoat, was charged an additional $9.95 at the end of the purchase (in spite of trying to opt out), then found my credit card included two transactions (one for the jacket including the hidden additional charge) and an additional charge from Zapostore for $9.95.
