I paid for an item 3 months ago and never received it. I’ve been emailing them back and forth about a refund for months and they respond by saying there’s an issue with the refund which is a lie

I ordered from them about a month ago and my items haven’t shipped yet. From online research many others have yet to get an order or if they received their order the goods are extremely low quality.
