Advertisement and article not even close to being simialr

On 12.12.2022 I purchased what was advertised as being 'Boston Terrier Key Chain'. Photos showed very detailed ornaments and the price for 3 of them totaled $27.93USD. It should be duly noted that the piece was actually a tiny photograph of Boston Terrier laminated between two (2) pieces of Lexan (plastic) on a keychain - looked very much like a $2 dollar shop trinket,

False advertising, product received is not what it appears on their Facebook page

On 10th Sept I purchased what was advertised as being 'Dog ornaments for your Christmas Tree'. Photos showed very detailed ornaments and the price for 3 of them totaled $59.84USD but as I live in New Zealand the actual cost to me including foreign currency fees was $101.68. (nearly $34 NZD each). But what arrived was a tiny package with three photos of dogs laminated in perspex on a keychain - looked very much like a $2 dollar shop trinket, not at all a proper hanging tree ornament. On contacting Okbands, they just apologised and offered me back 30%, $32.61, of my purchase as I made them very aware that this was a scam. They would not allow me to return the items for a full refund.

Bought a total of doggie on balloons and they are Nothing like what they show what they are selling... when you get these they are only worth 1.oo or less quality... will call my bank to see what I can do.. I already told my bank 3 weeks ago it was a scam I found out and wanted to stop the charges.. but today they arrived cheap cheap paper cut outs! don't buy these please.. I got took.. of 103.00

I ordered the cardinal chimes as well as 2 other chimes on 4/3/21, I received the confirmation and on 4/7/21 I received the shipping confirmation in Chinese. I did find out that it had not even been shipped out yet even though the website said it had been processed on 4/7/21. I sent an email to them and I still have not heard back from them.
