Report

Received and call from a person claiming to be with OG&E, stating that the electric would be cut off within the hour if collection isn't made.

The ID on the phone was OJANDE (as in OJ&E) but the number showing was the correct number for OG&E customer service 800-272-9741.

Knowing that OG&E does not make such call, I put them on hold to try to call the corporate office to verify. They caller hung up before I could get back to them.
