Type of a scam: Debt Collections

John Allen is calling everyday. Sometimes 3 times a day.. 7am today, leaving voice mail with random public facts found about me DOB etc and then saying I committed fraud and they're going to sue me. He keeps stating that I need to call by a certain date and time of day. And everyday the date changes. And then he says random legal terms and the sentences don't make any sense. Originally I returned the call once. Then I got a random call from a local number with a woman's name Betsy Garcia in the ID.. Phone number 7142539975 It was John Allen again.. Clearly a trick trying to get me to give them money. I answered the 888 call and told them to stop trying to scam me and to contact me by mail. I am going to block the number. I think they are getting my information for court records. I have a voice mails. I stopped deleting them when I decided to report it.
