I order two aeron office chairs on their website, officechairatwork.com, on 2/21/22. When I received the original email from them they said it would be 15 to 30 business days before the chairs were shipped. I have emailed the company three times and they tell me that "Due to a sudden surge in global Aeron chair sales in combination with labor shortages, there is a slight delay in processing orders at all Aeron chair sellers" and that my order is scheduled to ship in 10 to 20 days. They have been telling me this exact same thing 3 times since 2/28/23. Apparent this is a scam. I paid $1594.00 and they gave me a ups shipping number - 1Z3Y621X0324550030 - but it shows that a label has been created but nothing has been shipped.
