Scam tried to use a friend on IG to scam me. 50K and the department of health and human services . Gave a private number

He has sent me info and wanted money so he could send me a so government grant but I decided not to do it. He does however have a copy of my license. What should I do? Be sure to google people like this before sending money.

Type of a scam: Government Grant

The message came thru messenger from whom I thought was my friend/church member asking me did I hear news about a CFDA grant helping anyone in need of financial help. I responded back and forth to who I thought was my friend. I called her and no answer then I message back and was advised her phone was not working. Moreover based on the conversation I really thought it was my friend and was sent phone number to contact the person I thought she was doing business. After this was fine about an hour later my friend did call and I asked her to advise that she really was able to get help. She said help from what!! I said you messsgrd me this morning. She said I’m just getting out the bed and someone must have hacked my Facebook account. At this point I felt like a fool because I had submitted my home address, email and phone number. I felt like a fool and sick to my stomach. Please please go after whomever this person is.
