Our office received an invoice from OEM Service Products for $1,987.47 for toner. We have never ordered from, nor heard of, this company, nor do we even use the type of toner listed on their invoice. I contacted the company and spoke with "Tom Anderson" who asked if I'd like to cancel the "order". I said yes because we have never ordered from you. He stated the toner was on back order so he would cancel the "order".

I then googled the company and found the same type of complaints on the ScamPulse.com website, so I wanted to share our experience with OEM Service Products.

We received a call into the office, they acted like they are our toner company asked about our machines, they asked our secretary questions and then a few days later they send us a insane bill. i always buy my own toners and never go through a company. this was complete fraud, when i called them the acted like the order was canceled.

I work for a small office where I place all of the supply orders and pay invoices. I immediately knew it was a scam. "Reem" is spelled incorrectly on the invoice and our office zip code is incorrect.

OEM Service Products - Fradulent/scam invoice dated 9/13/21 for 10 cases of paper for $865.50.
Called our normal supplier and they do not work with OEM Service Products. Called # on invoice and they looked up invoice# and matched it to our company name. He said "the invoice was canceled as the product was refused and I can disregard the invoice". Done

Also got scammed, but we managed to totally miss that no one actually placed this order until the paper showed up. Called them and the guys told me he'd send the money back and then come get the paper, but I'm not holding my breath. I cant believe that this is legal.

Fake invoice for $1,396.00 for 2 toner cartridges; $698 each. Sad that some suckers would actually just pay these without even verifying its legitimacy. Called the guy and he said it didn't ship out yet and he could cancel it. So you sent me an invoice on 6/9 and by 6/15 didn't ship out the product. Yeah OK. Time to make him famous on Facebook.

A Fake invoice set to our business with a charge of $865.50 for copy/printer paper. The invoice came from OEM SERVICE PRODUCTS P.O. Box 62425, Irvine , CA 92602. the telephone number is 949-617-4927.

I called the number and the person who answered the phone said it was a mistake and the charge was cancelled the day after it was mailed.

Generic looking invoice received from OEM SERVICE PRODUCTS with no logo, website or email for Copy/Printer Paper, 20 lb, 92 bright 500/Reem quantity of 10 CTN/5000 priced at $84.95 each plus $16.00 shipping. No tax.

Suspect they took information from our website addressing to one of our companies name with one of our clinic sites as it is not the correct name for that location.

949-617-4927. Scammer answered the phone and said it was a mistake and cancelled the day after it mailed out. When I hung up the phone I couldn't find the business on Google and realized it was a SCAM. BEWARE and double check invoices.
