I reviewed the study notes offered by this company. It showed a visual of a book with pages of materials. There was an option to get additional study notes in other categories. There was a small fee which was described as a shipping fee but the product was marked as "free". The additional notes were 0.99 cents a piece. The total came to $25.85, which I paid through PayPal. I made the purchase only to get an email with a digital download. I did not order this so I contacted the company only to get a reply along the lines of we cannot return digital downloads. I explained they advertised and charged for a book and that was not what was delivered. I was within my 30-day return window, especially contacting them within minutes. I also expressed I was not interested in downloading materials from an unknown user. We have gone back and forth a few times. They refuse to refund the money.
