The site NumiKorea.com states that they curate authentic merchandise from the Asian market (Korea & Japan). That all merchandise is verified by them as authentic. If you are not satisfied, you contact [email protected] (phone calls are not accepted) and a return label will be created for you to return the merchandise, and you will be given a refund. I emailed Numi upon the delivery of the fraudulent merchandise, and requested a return label, and to cancel the order for the second piece of merchandise they had yet to mail out. They responded to the first email by asking for 5-7 business days to look into it. That time frame has past, and they are no longer responding to emails and are not responding to requests to refund monies paid.

Ordered K pop items from NumiKorea.com, December 14, 2025, and as of today, March 30, 2026, I have not received the products. I have 18 emails to this company at [email protected] to find out the status of my order, within those emails I get the can response of it’s in process. Received a tracking number for product, however, tracking number is not even tied to my order. At this point, March 30, 2026, they have ceased conversation with me. I have reported their company to my credit card company as fraud and hope to recover my lost $89.00.
