I order a Nuerbeam thigh product from Nuerabeam in December, 2025. It cost $399.00. Unaware to me it came with a subscription for some small oil refills at $399.00 and $4:00 per month. I cancelled in February and received an email that I would get the 399.00 returned in 10 days for that month. But they would not r3fund the January amount. I emailed again after my account was not reimbursed. My bank said to leave it so I could get my refund. It happened a 3rd time, now in March. Another $399.00 and another $4.00 separate withdrawls. So far they have taken $1,200.00 above the initial thigh products cost of $399.00. The product itself is a cheap product that was misrepresented on line.
