Received a call from 844-210-7765 claiming I owe money on an advanced payday loan. They gave me my last 4 numbers of social and say that if I don't resolve this issue, i will be taken to court and/or jail. They say my debt was $450 and with charges it is now $815. This is untrue. I have never taken a loan out from a payday place. When i questioned them and asked for more information, they refused. They would not even give me their name. I asked them to please provide me with debt information so I could take care of the fraud and they refuse. They want me to make a payment plan and say they are an arbitration company.
