I opened an email this morning :

This identified an official looking letter/receipt stating an auto renewal of Norton LifeLock 360 for 2 years $655.95 and a srvice # which i didn't call.... I googled Norton LifeLock 360 and ended chatting with robot which triggered a call from someone who would help me on my laptop to get refund...I asked him where he was, he said Florida... I ask why his number said LA... he said satellite location..?...I said I wasn't going to do that right now but would call back later.. he said he couldn't refund later...I said I still couldnt do it now...I then came to this website...My bank accounts do not show charges at this time, but I am still unsure if they won't be later.
