We received what looks like an invoice for concentrated cleaner and degreaser qty 2 plus shipping which totaled $984.77. This is nothing we have or would ever order. They cannot say who placed the order nor can they provide tracking.

We received an "Itemized order form" from the company. We don't deal with this company. Item billed was "Concentrated Cleaner and Degreaser", which we do not have use for.

The entire bill was for $990.87

They did answer the phone, but did not transfer me to any accounting person and said "it was a price quote for one of our subs or suppliers and it wasn't a bill".

This company sends out bogus invoices to many businesses within the U.S. They will list a vague product such as "Concentrated Cleaner & Degreaser." If your business doesn't have a good AP system in place and you pay the invoice, they will send you Concentrated Cleaner & Degreaser, and trust me the price is a rip-off. The invoice they sent us was for $984.77 for a qty. 2 of an undisclosed amount of cleaner. If you call, they will tell you the invoice was a mistake and ask to set you up with an account and get you a quote. This company cannot be legal nor does it follow fair business practices.

Received what looked like an invoice for Concentrated Cleaner and Degreaser, Shipping Cost and a Discount code of $100.00. Since we are a professional office the accounting ladies brought it to me to see why we would purchase $974.73 worth of cleaner & degreaser. I call the phone number and talked to Kevin and gave him the I.D. # on the paperwork and he said there is no account set up for our business. I asked why we received this invoice and he said it is an "Itemized Order Form/Quote" I asked who requested the quote and he said he does not know. I said so this is a fraudulent invoice sent to a professional office that does not use this type of products and he said " Only a quote-Just throw it away". This paper clearly indicates that checks should be mailed to Corporate Office below and has an area that appears to be a return stub where you write the amount enclosed. Not much telling how many of these so called quotes have been sent to large firms that may not even check this type thing. The folks need to be stopped.

My company got an invoice recently for Concentrated Cleaner and Degreaser from North Atlantic Supply Company. After checking with our shop and field supervisors, I found that no one had ordered it. The company never answered my calls so I went to the internet. Discovered many many complaints from people that also received invoices for product they didn't order. They get away with it because it states Itemized Order Form/Quote [not invoice]. It is very realistic with the document having product itemized with shipping costs and a discount. This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM with the company using "quotes" that look like an invoice. I can only imagine how many hundreds thousands of dollars they have received from customers that have just paid it without knowing.

We received an itemized order form/quote from this company for $589.94 for a Concentrated Cleaner and Degreaser that we never ordered and it stated checks should be mailed to the corporate office below. I went through all of my recent orders to make sure something wasn't ordered and shipped from this company directly. Nothing! I tried calling the phone number and it just rang and rang and rang. Went to google them and saw that this is a total scam and they are sending out invoices to lots of companies just like the one I received. Luckily the business manager came to me with this bill instead of just paying it!

How is this legal? We did not request a quote. This appears to be an "Invoice" not a "Quote". I bet a lot of large companies just pay this not knowing the fraud. We received a mailed invoice for cleaner/degreaser, ear plugs, safety glasses, and bump caps. Our shop supervisor did not place an order with the company and they didn't have any information on the invoice that would prove that we placed the order. Our shop supervisor reached out to them and at this time there is no response from the company. He has had issues receiving invoices and product from other companies and feels like this is their new way to avoid telemarketing scamming.

Upon further investigation, many other companies have received the same thing and being thus it is a total scam. Based on this practice alone it is even questionable if the buyer on the other end will even get products ordered. Like the other complaints, we received an invoice for $1,914.76 for degreaser and PPP Equipment that we had not ordered. It appeared very legitimate as we have numerous other companies and all use these types of items. I also noticed that they misspelled Square in their address on the invoice.

Like other reports, we received an invoice with several PPE items, their costs, a total amount due, and payment instructions. However, we never had contact with North Atlantic Supply Company and never purchased any products from them. When contacting them, they said the invoice was actually a quote, even though it was formatted as a invoice and we never requested a quote. It is clear they are trying to trick businesses into paying for products never requested or received. This type of deceptive practice is a scam.
