On Jun 28th 2021, we received an invoice for 2 - Concentrated Cleaner and Degreaser from North Atlantic Supply Company with a remit-to address and alleged discounts and shipping charges. The product falls within our market, so was a targeted scam. No one at our company placed an order for these products, we never received them, and have never done business with this company. I called the attached number, and the only option is to leave a message. This company wasted several man-hours of labor in tracking the paper trail, only to discover it was fraudulent.

We received an invoice addressed to our company from North Atlantic Supply Company in the mail. No one at our company had ever heard of this vendor, nor did we purchase any concentrated cleaner or degreaser as stated on the invoice.

This is the 2nd time I have received an "invoice" from this company. Luckily, we don't pay anything without a signature showing it's been ordered and received. Of course after researching, we never ordered anything from them. I shredded it and went on about life, but now I have received another one which means this company is ruthless and is probably scamming other dealers out of tons of money and they don't even know it.

I just wonder how long it's going to take and how much money people are going to lose before a STOP is put to this. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE!

We keep receiving a involves for a large amount of money for items that we do not order, I have called the company at different times and one time a lady answered the phone and said she had no clue what I was talking about. This company sends out unreal invoices in the hopes that someone will not pay attention and just pay them. This is a crime and should be dealt with.

Received an itemized order today (07/06/21) form dated as of 06/01/21 that looks like an invoice for $975.89. The items listed on the invoice were concentrated cleaner and degreaser priced at $479.95 each!!! After speaking to co-workers about this company and products, it became clear that no one had called or contacted North Atlantic Supply Company for any reason, let alone order an expensive cleaner.

I contacted the N.A.S.C and spoke to someone named Jerry. He informed me that this was just a quote and we didn't have to pay the amount listed. Jerry couldn't provide me with information who might have called from Whimsy or how did his company got our information.

He then hung up on me before I get a chance to ask another question. This looks like an invoice and I'm sure some companies are paying without even realizing it's a scam.

The central accounting office for the Auto Group I work for received three individual "Invoices" from what appeared to be a new vendor - North Atlantic Supply Company - for "Concentrated Cleaner and Degreaser". We were able to contact the company and receive a copy of their W-9 (also available on their website). Thankfully all of our department managers said that the invoices were NOT for their departments so these invoices had not yet been paid when I started digging deeper and found them reported as a scam/fraud on several different websites. This morning we received a response to an email inquiry from yesterday afternoon:

"Hello, I apologize for the confusion - this is an itemized order form with a quote for our concentrated cleaner and degreaser. I am not showing it has been used to process any orders as nothing has been shipped and there is no balance due. You can disregard this quote if it was sent in error or is no longer needed and I will remove it from the system.

We receive solicitations all the time that are designed to look like legitimate bills. This one did not contain any of the "This is an offer, not a bill" type language used in these other ads. This form is designed to mimic an invoice and solicit payment from unsuspecting businesses. It has a subtotal, tax, total amount. In each instance they offer a discount on shipping. The form says "YOUR BUSINESS IS

APPRECIATED - WE DO NOT EXPORT TO CANADA - CHECKS SHOULD BE MAILED TO CORPORATE OFFICE BELOW" I have a copy of two out of the three "Invoices" we'd received over the last few months should you like to look at them. This company is registered

as an LLC with the New York Department of State. I'd bet, with businesses short staffed right now, trying to get their bills paid, this scam is making a fortune!

We did not order or request a quote from this company and they sent us an invoice. When I called to ask why they sent us an invoice the customer service rep said "I see the confusion here, our quotes look like invoices". When I asked him who requested the quote, he could not give me a name and said there must have been a mistake.

We received an "itemized order form" today from this business for "concentrated cleaner and degreaser" with a shipping charge. Our office manager posted it to our accounting software, but luckily the person signing checks thought it was odd. Upon investigation, we realized no one at our company had purchased anything from NASC. It was even more misleading in that it mentioned where to mail checks. On the back of the letter was a list of supposed product offerings and information about the supposed company. Mixed in with this information was a sentence that was hard to find stating "This is a solicitation for the order of goods or services, or both, and not a bill..." This is deceptive and possibly fraudulent. I reported NASC to the Arkansas Attorney General's Office and the USPS Inspector General's office. If this is not against the law, it should be.

See scam, fake invoice attached that my business received today. We did not receive these goods, we have camera system. we have never called or made contact with this company in any way to order any goods or services. We got this fake bill in the mail and they thought we were going to just pay it. I called the phone number and it rings and rings, then goes to an automated voicemail. PLEASE REPORT THIS SCAM. Their website is also a scam.

We received an invoice in the mail showing we owed $959.90 for concentrated cleaner and degreaser plus shipping of $120.70, with a discount of 100.00 for a total due of $980.69.

This company shows up as a legit company in Dun & Bradstreet - but when you do a little research, there are scams posted everywhere about them.

We sent an email requesting info about the charge and they immediately (basically an auto response) responded that they show we requested a quote and that nothing was processed, and giving us an opportunity to set up an account.

TOTAL SCAM - we never contacted them - hate to think how many companies just pay the bill!

My company received an invoice for cleaner & degreaser for $985.78. It was not a vendor we paid in the past & did not reference a PO number or person's name who ordered it, so I Googled the company & saw that they have scammed others into paying this fake invoice.

We received a second invoice from the scammer about 1-2 weeks after the first. The invoice listed charges for items we did not order and nobody here knows about. See attached. To prevent any identifiable information, our company name and address have been covered up.
