Purchased two steel cutting boards along with a set of steel utensils for cooking in early December 2024. Received multiple emails that the order was being placed then the order was being custom made which was the reason for the delay, then a email that the warehouse was flooded. A month later still no product. When we emailed the company it took three attempts to get a response from “Sadie”. She claimed they had supply issues but were getting the product from another one of their factories that would actually cost the company more money to ship to us but that the products would arrive in 5-10 business days. It was near impossible to track the order. Tracking showed it was going through customs, then LA, then four other major cities, each with very long tracking times and the locations made absolutely no sense. A month later no product. When the product did finally arrive it was not a complete order. Additionally there was no identifiable labels or other information on the product packaging. The only address was a Grapevine Texas address that appears to be either a multifamily apartment complex or small single family home. When we reached out again to the previous email address we were asked to provide proof of the products we received so they could confirm we did not receive our full order. We received another response from “Sadie” that the rest of our order would ship ASAP. When we try to go to the original web site of the company mysteelboard.com or use the link provided by Sadie, the original web site no longer is in use. The company is now using Nontoxickitchen.com.
