They used the name Ann Garrett but they called me with a file number claiming I owe $500 from something back in October of 2013. They stated I could pay now and only have to pay $442 or I can pay in 6 installments of $100, which equals more than I owe. They could not give answers about the debt owed or really to any questions I had. I believe this to be a scam. Nothing comes up with this number on bbb.org or google.
